Practise at home
Simple tennis challenges for children and adults to build coordination, confidence and racket control between lessons.
Start with a racket and tennis ball. Some activities also use a second racket, a bucket or a suitable wall. Choose a clear space away from windows and other people, with adult supervision for younger children.
