18 junior players took part in the Tie Break Tens event on Sunday 15th December. The tournament allows boys and girls to complete against each other in a shortened format of the game, a race to 10 points.
All of the players who took part had the chance to win a signed Dominic Thiem t-shirt, courtesy of Tie Break Tens who provided the prizes along with Withers Sports. To be in with a chance of winning the signed t-shirt juniors had to post about the event across social media channels, with the winner being selected by a representative of Tie Break Tens.
The two finals saw Theo overcome Spencer 11-9 in the older age category, whilst in the younger age group Monty beat Matthew 10-5. During the course of the evening some excellent tennis was played, and all competitors had a fantastic time.
